The Opportunity:
This role serves as a gateway to a fulfilling career in finance, specifically designed to equip you with the skills needed to succeed. Our comprehensive training program provides you with a deep dive into finance and capital markets, ensuring you understand our distinct approach.
Your journey begins with obtaining the Series 65 license, supported by hands-on training from our dedicated team. Even after achieving your license, your learning will continue as you work closely with a mentor to gain practical insights into our technology, client servicing, and operational processes.
This position sets the stage for a licensed service role within our Private Client Group, where your responsibilities and opportunities for advancement will grow as you hit crucial milestones over the first two years. With progress, you may even advance to our Premier Wealth Management team, where you'll manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients.
Your Daily Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide outstanding client service while acting as a liaison with our Investment Policy Committee (IPC) for U.S. clients.
- Engage with clients to assess their asset allocation and guide them toward achieving their long-term financial goals.
- Develop meaningful relationships with clients, educating them about our investment strategies and relevant market trends.
- Handle client communications effectively, coordinating with internal teams to process operational requests.
Your Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in an Operational, Administrative, Client-Facing, or Financial environment.
- A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Willingness to obtain the Series 65 license (we provide extensive training and support).
- A client-focused, consultative approach to building relationships.
Compensation:
- Annual base salary ranges from $80,000 to $130,000, with new hires typically starting at the lower end based on experience.
- Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on individual and firm performance.
