JOB SUMMARY : The Operations Manager oversees all field operations, contract, and project execution for the various verticals or business units such as PV Solar C&I and electrical construction projects. This role ensures projects and customer satisfaction are delivered safely on time, and within budget, while maintaining high total compliance standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations for all projects across multiple sectors (PV solar, hospitality, industrial, education, healthcare, institutional, and multifamily).
  • Oversee project proposals validation, project planning and management, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and other AEG contract risk management and document administration systems best practices.
  • Full P&L responsibility: preconstruction planning and objectives validation, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards (OSHA, NEC, local codes).
  • Recruit, train, and mentor project management and field teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and profitability.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors degree in construction management, electrical engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 7+ years operations management experience in electrical contracting and/or PV solar C&I projects.
  • Proven P&L management experience with $20MM+ in revenues.
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English required, bilingual in Spanish preferred.
  • Proficiency with project management and office software.
  • Valid drivers license: travel to project sites required.
