Location: Manatee County (Palmetto, Parrish, Ruskin, Bradenton, Sarasota)
Employment Type: Full-Time | Local Routes Only Home Daily

We are hiring a full-time CDL Class B driver to operate a volumetric concrete mixer truck in the Manatee County region. Compensation: Starting at $25.00$35.00/hour , depending on experience
Plus: Overtime pay, driver performance bonuses, and referral bonuses

• Safely drive and operate a volumetric concrete mixer truck for job sites across the region
• Conduct daily DOT-compliant pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Calibrate, batch, and mix concrete materials on-site per specifications
• Load cement, stone, and sand into the truck using loader or bulk systems
• Keep truck and work area clean and well-maintained
• Follow all traffic and safety regulations
• Communicate effectively and professionally with dispatch, customers, and site contacts in English and Spanish preferred (but not required)

• Valid CDL Class B license and current medical card (required)
• Clean driving record (MVR check required)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions
• Comfortable climbing, kneeling, and operating truck equipment
• Experience with concrete delivery or operating construction equipment (Preferred but not required)
• Must pass drug screening, criminal background check and motor vehicle report

• Monday through Friday (some Saturdays and Sunday as needed)
• Home every night local deliveries only

• 1+ years of CDL driving (Class B)
• 1+ years of concrete or construction-related work (Preferred but not required)
• Volumetric truck experience is a plus but not required
