Thirty-Eight year old local Dunedin-Clearwater company has an opening for one candidate that has skills in Carpentry, basic electrical and plumbing. Candidate must have basic residential and commercial building construction methods and practices knowledge. We have residential rental properties and commercial properties to be maintained. You MUST have a valid Florida Drivers license, your own tools and reliable transportation. This is a 40 hour per week full time position paid weekly. Compensation is $25.00 per hour plus a weekly gas allowance. W also offer health care, paid vacations and sick days.
