• Supporting operation, inspection, and maintenance processes to mechanical, electrical, plumbing and kitchen equipment and systems in assigned facilities.
• Assisting Mobile Engineers (HVAC/R) and Control Systems Technicians in maintenance and repair efforts, as well as independently performing defined tasks.
• Conducting regular inspections and maintenance of manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues and ensuring prompt resolution.
• Completing repairs and replacements of defective or worn-out parts.
• Documenting repair and maintenance activities and keeping accurate records.
• Performing ongoing preventive and repair response work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, plumbing and other installed systems, equipment, and components.
• Performing assigned facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting on as found conditions impacting satisfactory client occupancy and operations.
• Detecting malfunctions through observation (sound or visual).
• Running diagnostic tests to ensure system functionality.
• Performing emergency repairs.
• Choosing appropriate materials based on mechanical needs.
• Aligning and calibrating machine parts.
• Monitoring and reporting on project progress.
• Must have a universal HVAC license.
