  • Salary range 005: $81,400 - $101,800 (Salary will be determined based on skills, education, training & experience related to the position.)
We are looking for Project Engineers - Yield Optimization in:
  • Jerome, Idaho
  • Luxemburg and Little Chute Wisconsin
  • Lake Norden, South Dakota
  • Hull, Iowa

Whats involved in this role:

  • Developing and implementing transformation processes to enhance operational yield performance.
  • Collaborating with plant management and corporate functions to define project scope, process design, capital and expense estimates.
  • Selecting contractors/vendors, specifying equipment.
  • Coordinating execution plans with a focus on measurable results.
  • Assess plant equipment and processes to identify deficiencies and improve raw material usage.
  • Troubleshoot problems, design solutions, and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop process designs, equipment specifications, and cost estimates for optimization and new installations.
  • Follow up on projects, considering impacts on staff, quality, and safety, and manage budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Use data from equipment and ERP systems to track raw material losses and yield efficiency.

What you need to join our team:

  • 1-5 years in project engineering roles.
  • Experience in dairy, food, or sanitary processes.
  • Chemical or Mechanical Engineer Degree.
