Position Overview:
This role will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and reliability of the Out of Production (OoP) fleet. The OoP Electrical Design Engineering (DE) team is dedicated to providing exceptional compliance and technical support, driving initiatives such as the Continued Operational Safety Program (COSP) and addressing Safety Related Problems (SRP). Position Responsibilities:
Documents processes, specifications and procedures that support the design and manufacture of electrical commodities.
Develops basic work statements for new designs.
Participates in technical review of supplier capabilities to facilitate source selection. Analyzes functional and physical input to assure development of complete integrated design.
Generate and maintain wire diagrams for released designs.
Individual shall be able to work under general direction of lead engineer and an experienced mentor to enhance both technical learning and career growth.
Work Authorization:
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at Seal Beach, CA.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
5+ years of experience in an engineering discipline.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
10+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience working in the aerospace industry.
Experience working in a cross functional team environment and have good verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of CATIA V5, CADDS, WIRS.

Summary Pay Range:
Experienced (Level 3): $104,550 - $141,450
Senior (Level 4): $128,350 - $173,650
Principal (Level 5): $157,250 - $212,750
