Job Description Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of plumbing and fire protection systems into overall building designs. Complete feasibility studies and probable cost estimates. Oversee the production of construction documents (plans, details, schedules, specifications). Conduct quality assessments and assist with construction administration. Ensure adherence to plumbing processes and procedures and compliance with all relevant codes, standards, regulations, and guidelines. Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on design and technical issues. Responsibilities

- Ensure adherence to plumbing processes and procedures, and compliance with codes, standards, regulations, and guidelines.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on design and technical issues.
- Proficiency in Revit, Plumbing design, and Plumbing/Fire protection.
- Professional Engineer certification.
- 6-8 years of experience in design engineering.
- Experience with HVAC and Fire protection design.
- Professional Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in designing plumbing and fire protection systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Thorough working knowledge of engineering software such as Revit, BIM, CAD, and other system sizing and design programs.
- Professional Engineering license (P.E.) preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of plumbing codes and standards.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.
