Job Description Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, and schedules, tailored to client requirements. Analyze project specifications, drawings, and contracts to determine resource requirements. Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control throughout the project lifecycle. Review and approve vendor and subcontractor invoices. Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of milestones. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure alignment. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards.
- Monitor progress and resolve issues that may arise, minimizing delays.
- Lead project teams, including site supervisors, foremen, and subcontractors, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Provide clear direction and communication to ensure project objectives are met.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, OSHA regulations, and company safety policies.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and site inspections to maintain a safe work environment.
- Monitor the quality of concrete work, including formwork, placement, finishing, and curing processes.
- Conduct final inspections to ensure project completion meets client and company standards.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to clients and senior management.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including change orders and RFI logs.
- Project management expertise, especially within construction and concrete focus.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Strong understanding of construction codes and safety regulations.
- 5 years of commercial construction experience with a focus on concrete.
- OSHA 30 certification.
- ACI certification.
- PMP certification.
- Construction Management or Civil Engineering degree preferred.
