Journeyman Carpenter Needed

Journeyman Carpenter needed at 10-person Residential Design/Build Firm working on old homes in central Denver. Tasks include setting up protection, demo, minor excavation/concrete, interior framing, structural framing, installing doors/windows, installing cabinets/appliances/accessories, installing base/case/trim and cleaning up. Working on projects ranging from Bathrooms, Kitchens, Basements, Garages, One and Two Story Additions and Poptops.

Requirements:
2-7 years experience is the required. If you have more of less experience than this, please don't apply.
Must have a Drivers License, Reliable Transportation, relatively clean background check and pass a drug test.
Must have tool bags, basic hand tools and basic battery tool kit.
Must be consistently at work and reliable.
Framing skills preferred.

Benefits:
W2 Employee, not 1099 Subcontractor
40-45 hours per week with overtime paid at 1.5x
$25-35/hr depending on skills, knowledge, experience, reliability
6 paid Holidays per year
1 week of Paid Time Off first year and addl week every year up to 4 weeks
