AutoCad Drafter

Chadwick & Winters Land Surveying is offering a unique opportunity for a qualified candidate to join our multi-generational and family owned firm with over 40 years experience in the industry. The right candidate will be proficient in AutoCAD and have experience in a land surveying environment. Field surveying experience is a plus. Projects will include boundary and topographic surveys, site plans, as-builts, and detail and exhibit drawings. Eligible candidate will possess the experience to support our business model and a willingness to learn and grow.

We offer competitive wages, 401k, Medical and Dental. Eligible for paid time off and generous paid holiday schedule. Wages start at $30 per hour and are commensurate with experience.

Typical Duties and Assignments
Draft all aspects of surveying products
Review drawings and building plans
Provide layouts and exhibits
Communicate and interact with project managers, architects, builders, field and office technicians and clients.
Prioritize projects
Collaborate with drafting team

Qualifications
2 years plus drafting and AutoCAD
Valid Washington State drivers license
Physically fit and able to lift and carry 30 pounds
Non-smoking
