Carpenter

We are seeking an experienced Carpenter for a full-time opportunity in San Antonio. This role will focus on constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials for residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate skilled craftsmanship in framing, finishing, and general repairs while working safely and efficiently to meet project deadlines.

Schedule: Monday through Friday with occasional overtime

Pay: $20$25 per hour for mid-level carpenters; up to $30 per hour for highly experienced candidates

Location: San Antonio, TX

Primary Responsibilities

Measure, cut, and assemble materials based on blueprints or project specifications

Install doors, windows, cabinetry, drywall, and trim with precision and quality

Repair or replace damaged frameworks and structural components

Safely operate hand and power tools, as well as precision measuring instruments

Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and construction documents to complete tasks efficiently

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site daily

Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to ensure project deadlines are met

Adhere to all safety guidelines, company policies, and local building codes

Minimum Requirements

Minimum 12 years of carpentry experience in residential or commercial projects

Skilled with carpentry tools, techniques, and materials

Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings

Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship

Reliable transportation and punctuality required

Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and working on your feet for extended periods

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
