We are a growing, family-run drapery and furniture manufacturing company looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Cabinet Maker to lead our upholstery team. This is a hands-on role for someone passionate about their craft and excited to contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Youll be responsible for building high-quality furniture frames both in our factory and during on-site installations. This position is ideal for someone who values precision, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

What Youll Do:
Build custom furniture frames and cabinetry
Help with deliveries, material pickups, and receiving furniture and supplies at our loading dock
Contribute ideas to improve processes and help move our company forward

What You Bring:
Prior experience in cabinetmaking or furniture framing
A passion for creating high-quality, custom furniture pieces
Patience, care, and attention to detail for complex and custom projects
Canadian citizenship, Permanent Residency, or a valid work permit
Valid Canadian drivers license
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Punctuality and availability to work Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:15 p.m.
A self-starter mindset who thrives in a collaborative team environment

Bonus Points For:
Cabinetmaker Trade Certification or Joiner (Cabinetmaker) Certification
Apprenticeship experience (1st4th Period)
Occupational Health and Safety, WHMIS, or First Aid certification
CPR Certificate or Propane in Construction training
Cabinetmaker Red Seal Certification
CADD coursework
