Construction Manager

Join one of the world's most recognizable companies as a Construction Manager in the Southill area. This role will be responsible for construction activities surrounding mechanical and controls. responsibilities:

• Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities
  
  
• Present proposals, reports and findings to clients
  
  
• Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess feasibility of projects
  
  
• Collaborate with management, production, and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures
  
  
• Review and recommend and approve contracts and cost estimates

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction management experience of data centers or hyperscale builds
  
  
• PMI or PMP certification preferred
