Welder**
**Job Description**
We are seeking skilled Welders who can pass a Weld Test and meet all requirements. The successful candidate will operate overhead cranes safely, adjust weld configurations, and heat and form metal parts and components using hand tools, torches, or welding equipment. You will weld in flat, vertical, or overhead positions and accurately operate and read measuring devices. Additionally, you will assemble and weld various metal parts together and properly position materials or parts to be welded. You will train and work in various areas of production in response to demands, follow verbal and written instructions, including reading blueprints, and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
**Responsibilities**

**Essential Skills**

+ 6+ months of MIG welding experience
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ MIG, TIG, or stick welding experience
+ Welding school attendance is a plus
+ 1+ year of welding experience in a manufacturing industry
+ Welding certificate through an educational institution
+ Steel-toed leather boots

The weld department currently has a workforce of 300 employees, with a goal to reach 400. The environment involves production welding, where the same parts and lifts are welded daily, which can be repetitive. The dress code includes jeans, steel toes, and a clean work shirt. Work shifts include 2nd shift from 3pm-11pm and 3rd shift from 11pm-7am, with a $1.75 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

This is a Permanent position based out of McConnellsburg, Pennsylvania.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $47320.00 - $54912.00/yr.
Sign On Bonus: Eligible for full time employees
$1,500 Total
$500 @ 3 months of employment
$500 @ 6 months of employment
$500 @ 12 months of employment

This is a fully onsite position in McConnellsburg,PA.
