Hi we are in search of an experienced and dedicated installation foreman - salary position - year round
We are a lawn, landscape install, and snow removal company based out of Centerville so please consider this before applying. You would dispatch from our Centerville shop location every day. Ideally you should live within 20 min of Centerville.
We are looking to add an experienced crew person to our team. This position is for a working foreman/driver/laborer on a landscape installation crew. The work that you would be performing is installation of retaining walls, paver patios, cement work, plantings/sod etc. You would be required to drive our trucks to deliver materials to jobsites and lead a small crew and help with the installation of landscapes.
We are looking for someone that brings a positive attitude to work everyday, reliable and is extremely detail oriented as we provide quality work to our customers.
Requirements are as follows.
- Need to have a minimum of 3 years experience in landscape installation of hardscapes
- Need to have a minimum of 2 years driving truck/trailer combination hauling skid loaders ect.
- Need to have a clean (insurable) drivers license - no tickets within past 3 years no dui in past 7
- DOT health card - company paid
- Class A license or willing/able to get it - we help pay for this on most occasions
- Need to be able to drive our trucks with trailering heavy equipment - skid loaders, backhoe etc.
- Have experience operating heavy equipment such as skid loaders and mini excavators.
- Snow removal experience
This is for a full time position with an average of 45-50 hours per week Monday - Friday We don't usually work weekends but sometimes are needed due to weather etc. In the winter months this would be a snow plow operator position.
