**People You Work With**

As a Designer, you'll join a tenured, collaborative engineering team led by our Chief Innovation Officer. You'll work closely with Client Success Managers, Production Staff, and other cross-functional teams to bring custom user interface and printed electronic solutions to life---translating customer ideas into manufacturable designs.

**Responsibilities You Have**

- Develop solutions and cost estimates based on customer needs, reviewing drawings, specifications, and samples

- Engineer products including material selection, AutoCAD layout, manufacturing process planning, and coordination of outside services

- Lead and document Design Reviews for new and revised products

- Create and maintain manufacturing instructions, digital cut files, and tooling/fixture drawings for assembly and testing

- Manage Engineering Change Reviews for both internal and customer-driven product updates

- Collaborate directly with customers to gather design input, clarify requirements, and ensure designs meet expectations

**Qualifications**

- Associate's degree or technical certificate in Drafting & Design Technology or related field **OR** minimum 4 years of relevant design experience

- Proficient in AutoCAD or similar 2D/3D design software

- Comfortable navigating ERP and CRM systems

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Able to follow written and verbal instructions

- Works independently with minimal supervision in a team-oriented environment

- Primarily a sedentary role with occasional movement around plant required for project review

- Citizenship must permit compliance with requirements of ITAR

- Successful completion of background and drug screening is required for employment
