**Job Description:**
We are seeking a **_Professional Engineer_** in our **Wheeling, WV** office with a strong background in public sector infrastructure and excellent client management skills. Experience with water and wastewater systems is beneficial but not mandatory. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of managing client relationships and is excited about engineering innovative and sustainable solutions to exceed our clients needs and expectations. **Responsibilities:**
+ Manage diverse projects involving multidisciplinary teams
+ Develop and maintain client relationships as primary or secondary client contact for projects
+ Lead in the development of strategy, the scope of work, and budget for projects
+ Design and oversee the preparation of construction documents, applications for agency review, and/or reports
+ Maintain overall project quality consistent with company and professional standards
+ Plan and execute work tasks, as well as oversee tasks of team members, to meet project deadlines and budgets
+ Solve problems creatively and effectively
+ Communicate effectively and proactively with management, peers, and clients
+ Motivate, mentor, and encourage junior staff and help the team achieve success
**Qualifications:**
+ BS in Civil Engineering is required
+ Licensed Professional Engineer, required
+ 8+ years work experience
+ Exceptional customer service skills
+ Exhibits strong organizational and time management skills
+ AutoCAD and Civil 3D proficiency
+ Excellent written and oral communications skills to articulate technical concepts at all levels
+ Self-starter that excels in a collaborative, team environment
**Salary Range**
$90,000 to $125,000
