Equipment Operator

We have a current opening for a Pipeline EquipmentOperator. At Equix, we support our customers and stakeholders and constantlystrive to exceed expectations with all of our services, which include: PipelineConstruction, Gas Distribution, Horizontal Directional Drilling, FacilityConstruction and Fabrication, and Trenching services.

Responsibilities:

Safe operation of construction equipment and work vehicles used inunderground installation of natural gas distribution piping, power, and telecominfrastructurePrepare construction sites as directed from the Foreman/Superintendent onthe jobOther duties as assigned

Requirements:

Experience with backhoes, excavators, and underground utilitiesValid Driver License with clean recordAbility to pass pre-employment and random drug screeningTraveling out of town to work on remote job sites when needed or directed bymanagerAbility to lift up to 50lbs, bend, reach, stand, climb, kneeling, andpushingWillingness to work outdoors in all weather conditionsMust be able to perform the physical demands of the jobClass A or B CDL preferred
