General contractor helper needed

Small construction company looking to hire a helper. Jobs are usually in an hour radius of Sebago. No one wants a commute longer than an hour.

Job entails of
-carpentry
-tile
-demolition
-bathroom & kitchen remodels
-siding
-decks

Ideal hire would be
-have their own tools
-young person just getting into the trades
-more experienced welcomed
-must have reliable transportation
-someone with a mentality of getting the job done, so we can get to the next project. No just collecting a check mentality.
-someone quick, efficient & can problem solve(most of construction is problem solving)
-can read a tape measure & operate a saw
-ABSOLUTELY NO DRUG ADDICTS OR RECOVERING ADDICTS.

Pay is based on experience. Starting $20hr -$25hr
Mondays mostly a day off so 4 day work week Tuesday-Friday
The amount of hours a week are dictated by the project.
