Industrial Electrical Foreman

Job Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on Industrial Electrical Foreman to supervise and assist with the installation, modification, and repair of industrial electrical systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with project managers, customers, and job crews to ensure timely, efficient, and safe project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and assist a crew in the daily execution of industrial electrical tasks
• Read and interpret plans, blueprints, specifications, and scope documents
• Coordinate with Project Managers and clients to plan project activities
• Plan and layout installations in accordance with job specs and NEC codes
• Attend and contribute to project coordination meetings
• Create detailed material/tool/labor lists for each project phase
• Monitor job progress, update reports, and maintain communication with Project Managers
• Communicate project changes, RFIs, and updates to the crew
• Enforce safety and compliance standards across job sites
• Track and verify crew timesheets and help with proper time coding
• Maintain cleanliness and order on job sites
• Manage assigned company truck, tools, and equipment responsibly

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in industrial electrical projects
• 5 8 years of hands-on electrical experience in a construction or industrial setting
• Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Proficient in reading electrical blueprints and technical drawings
• Must be safety-conscious and familiar with OSHA standards

Preferred Qualifications:

• Electrical Journeyman s License or equivalent certification
• Prior experience with large-scale or multi-phase industrial electrical projects
• Experience working with electrical estimating or project tracking software

Additional Information:

• This is a working foreman position hands-on electrical work is expected
