Position Overview:
We are looking for a reliable, hard-working individual to join our team as a Driver, Laborer, and Jobsite Organizer. This position plays a critical role in supporting daily operations by transporting materials, assisting with on-site construction tasks, and maintaining clean, organized, and efficient job sites. The ideal candidate is dependable, takes pride in their work, and values teamwork and organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate the company van to pick up and deliver materials to job sites as needed
Assist skilled tradespeople with on-site deck building operations in a general laborer capacity
Keep all job sites clean, organized, and free of debris throughout the workday
Maintain and care for tools and equipment; ensure tools are clean, properly stored, and in good working condition
Support material handling and unloading of deliveries on-site
Communicate with the project team to ensure accurate, timely material runs and jobsite organization
Follow safety guidelines and company policies at all times
Qualifications:
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Reliable transportation to and from the company shop or office
Ability to safely drive company vans to various supply yards and job sites
Prior experience in construction, general labor, or site maintenance preferred but not required
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to keeping sites organized and tools maintained
Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work as part of a team
Position Details:
Full-Time
Primarily field-based with travel between job sites and suppliers
