Note: The hourly rate for this position is $56.41 - $56.41 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:
- Hours: Monday through Friday, 40 hours
- Perform construction laborer duties such as: Site cleanup
- Interior selective Demolition of walls/ piping
- Moving Materials Debris removal Forklift / Scissor lift operation
- Trenching and digging
- Loading and unloading
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow and maintain safety practices
- Complete other duties assigned per direction of the Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S
- Current Forklift/ Scissor lift certification is a plus!
- Prior Demolition experience in the Construction field
- 1+ years of prior experience working at a commercial / residential site or have attended a trade school Required
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
