General Laborer**

**Job Description**

We are seeking a dedicated General Laborer to perform a variety of general labor tasks including loading and unloading, working outdoors for extended periods, picking up trash, and using various tools.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform general labor tasks efficiently and effectively.

+ Load and unload materials as needed.

+ Work outdoors for 10 or more hours daily.

+ Pick up and dispose of trash responsibly.

+ Utilize hand and power tools safely and correctly.

+ Will train to do flat metal roofs.

**Essential Skills**

+ Experience in construction and general labor.

+ Proficiency with hand and power tools.

+ Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Ability to follow safety guidelines in accordance with safety policies.

+ Flexibility to work various hours and schedules.

+ Willingness and ability to learn new tasks.

+ Ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

**Work Environment**

This role involves working outdoors all day in varying weather conditions, including heat. The position requires the use of hand and power tools, and adherence to a safety-first dress code.

**Job Type & Location**

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wichita, Kansas.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.00/hr.
