Mid-Senior Level Architect/Designer

Job Type: Full-Time, Hybrid (minimum four days in-office per week)

We are seeking a mid-level architect or designer (4–12 years of experience) to join our Boston studio as a project designer/project architect. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic and inclusive environment where curiosity, collaboration, and leadership are nurtured at every level. They drive the design process, contribute technical and conceptual insight, mentor junior staff, and help foster a culture of continuous learning.
At Sasaki you will be encouraged to have a point of view, to share your thinking often, to push design further, and to develop a comfortable rapport with clients. We prefer to develop our leaders from within and we are looking for project architects who can grow into leadership positions over time.
What You'll DoLead project strategy and design from concept through delivery
Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams , schedules, budgets, and sub-consultants
Present and communicate with clarity to clients, stakeholders, and communities.
Collaborate across practice groups and disciplines to support high-quality work
Lead, delegate, and critique work effectively
Mentor junior practitioners and help guide their work
Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited program
Minimum 4 years of professional experience; licensure preferred
High proficiency in Revit; experience with Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite
Strong communication skills—verbal, written, graphic.
