Junior Designer –Designer / Architect
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Salary Range: $70,000–$80,000 annually
Job Type: Full-Time, Hybrid (minimum four days in-office per week)

Are you a recent graduate or early-career designer/ architect with a passion for collaborative, mission-driven design? At Sasaki , we are looking for entry-level designers (0–4 years of experience) to join our Los Angeles studio and grow as creative professionals in a diverse, interdisciplinary environment.

What You’ll DoSupport design teams across a wide range of projects—producing drawings, diagrams, and presentations
Take on design and technical assignments.
Participate in internal design reviews, client meetings, and team workshops.
Collaborate across disciplines and learn to navigate complex project types in varied geographic and cultural contexts.
Embrace mentorship and peer learning while proactively seeking feedback to support your professional growth.
A professional degree in Architecture from an accredited program
0–4 years of experience in a design firm environment.
Strong foundation in oral and graphic communication skills.
Curiosity, self-motivation , and an eagerness to contribute to team-based work.
Enthusiasm for design as a collaborative, inclusive, and purpose-driven process.
Emerging skills in digital design tools (Revit, Rhino, Adobe Suite) and a desire to grow them further.
A commitment to professional development and active engagement with teammates.
