project management and contract management, emphasis in infrastructure

work.

Contract interpretation and management of

deliverables o Purchase Power Agreement (PPA) and Interconnect Agreements (IA)

Organizational skills to manage high critical

deliverables to external Transmission entities

Personal skills to establish professional

working relationships with internal entities

Strong attention to detail and willingness to

learn

Job Description:

Work with corporate office and Construction Site

Teams to coordinate submittals and interconnect deliverables with the

Transmission Owners and Operators (TO) and Power Purchasing Agreement Clients

(PPA). This position will be responsible

for reviewing the Purchase Power Agreements and Interconnect Agreements, make a

comprehensive list of deliverables and track due dates and submittals per the

requirements of the project agreements and providing routine reporting to

affected parties. Participate in weekly meetings with Transmission Services

regarding GIA status. May get tapped on occasion to complete miscellaneous

administrative tasks in support of team success.

Average work scope:

40-50 Projects per year.

Job Responsibilities:

Review all Purchase Power Agreement and

Interconnect Agreements, develop list of deliverables for Interconnection

Specialist to review.

Import deliverables into project controls

software for action and tracking.

Weekly/monthly reporting of Interconnect

submittal status and critical path to meet PPA and IA dates.

Report/meeting preparation and follow-up on GIA

Interconnection Dashboard meetings with Transmission Services.

Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Unifier (Oracle

based project controls software) GIA/PPA agreement task imports/updates. All other duties as assigned.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr.
