Sr Project Manager

Description

The client is seeking a Sr Project Manager with a proven track record in commercial construction to join their Southern Nevada team. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for managing either a single large-scale project or multiple concurrent projects, ensuring successful delivery from preconstruction through closeout.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead all phases of project execution, including startup, management, and closeout.

Coordinate communication among internal teams, subcontractors, clients, and design professionals.

Review and manage contract documents, drawings, and specifications.

Oversee submittals, procurement, scheduling, and cost control.

Support preconstruction efforts: logistics planning, constructability reviews, subcontractor bidding, and proposal development.

Ensure project milestones are met and client expectations are exceeded.

Mentor and develop project team members in a collaborative environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience in construction project management, preferably in Southern Nevada.

Familiarity with various delivery methods such as General Contracting, CMAR, and Design-Build.

Experience with Public CMAR and Design-Build projects is a plus.

Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

In-depth knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and constructability.

Ability to negotiate, draft, and manage subcontract agreements.

Technical Proficiency:

Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.

Proficient in Project Management and Document Control Software.

Experienced with Microsoft Project or similar scheduling tools.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $140000.00 - $180000.00/yr.

Company has full benefits package including Medical, PTO, and sick leave. Can discuss further with client for details.
