Construction Manager Needed

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to take the lead on projects start to finish. You will be expected to handle every detail, keeping everything on track whilst ensuring safety and compliance. If you are both organized and adaptive, a strong communicator who is also able to work independently and have robust experience in this field (at least 5 years), please send your resume via email.

Responsibilities:
- Running projects from conception through completion
- Supervising employees, subcontractors and vendors
- Working directly with clients, architects, designers and other related parties
- Maintaining budgets, schedules and any other moving targets
- Making sure all work meets code, safety standards and company expectations
- Solving ad hoc problems professionally in real time
- Collaborating successfully with colleagues on above

Required Qualifications:
- At least 5 years experience running jobsites independently
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and regulations
- Able to read blueprints and other technical documents
- Familiarity with relevant local laws and requirements
- Can start ASAP
