Form and place concrete footings, piers, walls, and columns. Install slab-on-grade and elevated concrete decks. Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Work independently or as part of a team to meet project deadlines. Laborer Responsibilities Assist with site preparation and cleanup. Load, unload, and transport construction materials. Support skilled tradespeople with various tasks. Operate basic tools and equipment. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Qualifications Prior construction experience preferred (especially for Carpenter roles). Ability to work in varying weather conditions. Strong work ethic and reliability. Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols. Physical ability to lift, carry, and perform manual labor. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
