Carpenter/Water Tech

NW Fire and Flood Pros is hiring! Were looking for a skilled carpenter with experience in property restoration. If youve also got background in water mitigation, thats a big plus. We manage a wide range of restoration projectsfrom structural repairs to emergency mitigationand were building a dependable team that takes pride in quality work and helping people recover from loss.

What Youll Do:

Perform finish and rough carpentry for residential and light commercial restoration projects

Assist with demolition, rebuilds, drywall, trim, doors, framing, and other trades as needed

Respond to water losses when required, including extraction, drying, and equipment setup

Work directly with project managers and homeowners to ensure timely and professional execution

Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe

What Were Looking For:

Solid carpentry experience (residential or restoration work preferred)

Water mitigation experience (IICRC certifications a bonus but not required)

Reliable, hard-working, and able to work independently or as part of a small crew

Comfortable using tools and technology (we use digital systems for timekeeping and job tracking)

A clean driving record and ability to pass a background check
