experienced Interior trim carpenter for 30$ or more (with benefits)

your starting pay will be $30 an hour or more if you know how to do everything on that list:
installing cabinets
installing false beams on ceilings
building out formica counter tops
building out a fireplace or mantle
build and install floating shelves
installing doors
trimming doors out
Installing base in rooms
trimming windows out
know how to cut any kind of MDF 4by8 sheets and hang them on walls or build boxes, cubbies, and custom walk-in closets.

Please don't lie about what you know, or you will only be wasting your own time, and you will be fired.

Even if you don't know everything on the list, you will still have the opportunity to grow and improve and eventually get paid more than $30 an hour in the future.

must not smoke cigarettes AT ALL
own reliable vehicle to get around
drivers license
able to work long hours (if necessary)

LEAD GUY requirements and responsibilities:
drivers license to drive our vans
5 years minimum of interior carpentry installing trim and cabinets
run projects as a working lead and coordinate crew to maximize productivity
manage communication and handling with builders and supervisors.
