We are a small well established company that specializes in garden and yard renovations. We install mainly paving stones, retaining walls, fencing and wood work, drainage and all soft scaping to name a few. We use machinery whenever possible to make the work easier and faster. We are willing to train the right person but minimum 2 years experience is necessary for the lead hand position and no experience necessary for the general labor position. The right candidate will have a strong work ethic, be reliable, enjoy the landscaping field and bring a positive attitude to the already very positive working environment.
This is a perfect position for someone working as a lead hand or junior foreman for a large company. As your daily efforts will be noticed and appreciated because many days you will be working alongside a very busy business owner that is flexible and easy going with little or no stress. We believe in working smarter not harder and open communication is stressed.
Wages are negotiable and can range from $20 up to $35 per hour for a person that needs no assistance in completing residential hardscape installations. On and off site training is available as needed with quality and efficiency as the focus.
We use only the best equipment and have the luxury of choosing jobs that can be done with excavators and bobcats. We have an excellent reputation in the Tri Cites area. We stress customer services with a smile and extensive knowledge in the field. Fully covered by WCB.
