Project Manager
Division: Developmental & Brain Injury Services (DBIS)
Department: Administrative and Clinical
Primary Location: Springfield & Holyoke, MA
Schedule: Full-Time
Pay Range: $22$23/hour (Based on experience)

Were looking for a Project Manager who thrives on pulling insights from data, coordinating cross-functional projects, and helping our clinical and operational leaders make strategic, informed decisions.

About the Role:
As DBIS Project Manager, you will play a key role in improving the efficiency, transparency, and impact of our services. From developing dashboards to tracking clinical and fiscal data, youll partner closely with Clinical Directors, Program Leadership, and our Senior Management team to drive both day-to-day operations and long-term initiatives forward.

What Youll Be Doing: Clinical Data & Analytics Support
  • Collaborate with Clinical Directors to identify data priorities and support needs
  • Develop and refine data tools in partnership with our Clinical and Information Systems teams
  • Collect, clean, and maintain clinical data related to Positive Behavioral Supports, Medication Plans, and DDS requirements
  • Design and deliver internal/external reports, dashboards, and visual outputs
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on data systems and tracking tools

Administrative, Operational & Fiscal Support
  • Monitor program metrics and fiscal trends to inform planning and improve outcomes
  • Generate reports on overtime, staffing patterns, and other key performance indicators
  • Identify operational efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities
  • Support senior managers with data-informed recommendations and project follow-through
  • Coordinate closely with the DBIS Scheduling Coordinator to analyze and reduce overtime and temp staffing usage
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and scorecards across multiple programs
  • Assist with project coordination and reporting for Monday Board initiatives

What You Bring to the Table:
  • Associate degree or High School diploma required; Bachelors degree preferred
  • 12 years of experience in analytics, healthcare administration, or office operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Comfortable creating reports, interpreting charts, and synthesizing complex information
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet evolving project deadlines
  • Familiarity with statistical software (SPSS, SAS, R) and AI tools a plus
