Traveling Superintendent - Data Center Construction

We’re currently partnering with a top-tier client seeking a Traveling Superintendent to oversee field operations on data center construction projects nationwide. This position is ideal for a seasoned leader with a strong background in high-performance, mission-critical environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take charge of day-to-day field activities on fast-paced data center sites

• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to maintain workflow and productivity

• Enforce jobsite safety and ensure all work meets company and client standards

• Act as the field liaison with the project management team, driving progress and issue resolution

• Uphold strict timelines and deliver quality builds on schedule and within scope

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of superintendent experience, preferably in data centers or similar mission-critical builds

• Willing and able to travel extensively and stay on-site throughout project lifecycles

• Deep familiarity with MEP systems, construction schedules, and jobsite safety requirements

• Strong leadership presence with clear, confident communication skills
