The Print Project Manager will be involved in the procurement and production of printed materials and mailings. The role will create new and manage established integrated processes among internal and external functions such as end to end print project management, operations and logistics. This position involves working directly with print vendors, ensuring that materials are delivered on time, and managing budgets to achieve cost-effective solutions. Other areas of focus include production planning, inventory control, and distribution. Promotes alignment by understanding and communicating customer needs and requirements throughout the organization. Effective communication and relationship-building skills are key, as the role involves coordinating with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

+ Focuses resources on continuous improvement of the movement of printed materials through various production processes and establishes key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to print production planning/forecasting to measure actual performance against goals on a regular basis.

+ Creates integrated processes among internal functions such as business owners, operations, purchasing and logistics, and outside print vendors.

+ Promotes alignment by understanding and communicating customer needs and requirements throughout the organization and external print vendors.

+ Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas.

+ Contributes to RFP Execution, Management, and Analytics.

+ Participates in gathering and interpreting relevant data and assist with Budget planning and forecasting.

+ Follows established guidelines/procedures.

Required Qualifications:

+ Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in print prod or project management

+ Print production experience

+ Experience managing external print supplier relationships and/or currently performing project management responsibilities at a print supplier

+ Ability to assimilate, analyze, draw conclusions, and make recommendations from multi-faceted and often ambiguous data

+ Strong financial and/or business acumen

+ Proficiency in Microsoft products (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

+ Must be able to work EST hours

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
