Experienced Landscaper/Laborer

Duties to include:

-Installation/maintenance of new shrubs, trees, flowers, foliage and bulbs, mulch and ground covers

-General property care, including: mowing, trimming, edging, weeding beds and other tasks as job site requires.

-Safely use various types of power and hand tools in performing maintenance, construction and installation tasks, including hedge clippers, tractors, mowers, weed-wackers, etc.

- Be able to assist as well as have the knowledge with hardscape projects such as building retaining walls, patios, outdoor kitchens, outdoor fire pits/fireplaces etc..

- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of projects

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications

- 3-5+ years of previous experience in Landscaping & Hardscaping required

- Knowledge of Hardscaping techniques and equipment operation

- Familiarity with construction management principles is a plus

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions

- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks

- Must be at least 18 years of age

- Ability to perform physical work in various weather conditions

- Reliable transportation to and from work

Salary

- $18.00/hour - $20.00/hour for experienced landscapers
