Skilled Laborer Job Description Join our dynamic team at our newly opened plant in Florence, TX, where you will play a vital role in concrete production. As a skilled laborer, you will work with hand and power tools to assemble structures, assist in loading and unloading materials, and help set up equipment around the plant. Responsibilities Utilize hand and power tools to assemble structures. Assist in loading and unloading materials. Help set up equipment around the plant. Perform tasks related to concrete production. Engage in general labor tasks within a heavy industrial environment. Essential Skills Experience with hand and power tools. Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently. Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous construction or heavy industrial manufacturing experience preferred. Why Work Here? Enjoy a lot of overtime, working between 55-65 hours a week, for extra income potential. Positions are contract to hire with pay raises upon conversion. Work Environment The first shift starts at 7:00 am, working roughly 10-12 hours from Monday through Friday, soon extending to Monday through Saturday. Enjoy two 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch. Steel-toed shoes and met guards are required; all other PPE will be provided. Job Type & Location This is a position based out of Florence, Texas. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
