Job Summary:

Willmar Electric is seeking motivated students or recent graduates in Construction Management, Business, or related fields (Associate Degree recipients welcome) to join our Operations team in Nebraska. This role will support key functions such as material management, drawing organization and coordination, cost tracking, and other operational tasks as assigned - providing support to Project Manager, General Superintendents, and Foremen.

Top 3 Responsibilities in this Role:

• Drawing Management - Organizing, updating, and coordinating project drawings
• Material Management - Organizing and releasing materials, coordinating with on-site field teams, and communicating with vendors
• Working in Bluebeam - Prior experience not required, but candidate must be able to learn and use the software effectively
