Highland Roofing Company is hiring a Lead Service Technician for our Commercial Roofing division in Wilmington, NC. We're looking for an experienced roofing professional who's ready to lead service and repair work on a variety of commercial roofing systems.

What You'll Do:

• Lead leak repairs and preventative maintenance on commercial roofs

• Work with systems like TPO, EPDM, PVC, metal, and shingles

• Coordinate with service crews and project managers

• Ensure work meets safety and quality standards

• Communicate with clients in a professional and respectful manner

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of commercial roofing experience

• Previous leadership experience is a plus (foreman, lead tech, etc.)

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Ability to work independently and with a team

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
