Responsibilities: Perform various carpentry and construction tasks, including but not limited to wood and steel stud framing, installing windows and doors, and interior and exterior finishing. Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and construction plans to ensure accurate execution of projects. Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, and other materials. Drywall/Taping/Painting Operate and maintain hand and power tools, such as saws, drills, sanders, and routers, in a safe and efficient manner. Install fixtures and hardware, such as cabinets, countertops, and trim work. Collaborate with the construction team to ensure timely completion of projects and adherence to quality standards. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Requirements: Proven experience as a Carpenter; MUST have at least 5 years experience in carpentry. Must know how to frame wood and steel construction. Strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and construction plans. Excellent mathematical skills and the ability to accurately measure and calculate dimensions. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Physical stamina and the ability to perform demanding tasks. Good communication and teamwork skills. Valid driver's license. Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience and skill level.
