We're seeking a reliable and motivated individual to assist with various landscaping projects on a 1099 basis. This is an opportunity for an Independent Contractor, NOT an Employee. Responsibilities may include: Manual labor for planting, mulching, grading, and general bed preparation. Assisting with hardscaping projects (e.g., paver patios, retaining walls) as needed. Pruning, weeding, and general garden maintenance. Operation of landscaping equipment (e.g., mowers, trimmers, blowers) if you possess the necessary tools and expertise. Requirements: Proven experience as a landscape laborer. We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running. Must provide your own basic landscape tools (e.g., shovels, rakes, pruners, work gloves). Ownership of power equipment (mower, trimmer, blower, etc.) is a significant plus. Reliable transportation to various job sites in and around Middletown, MD. Strong work ethic and ability to work independently. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Must be eligible to work in the US as an independent contractor. Compensation: $25 - $30 per hour, depending on experience and the tools you can provide.
