Frame Carpenter Foreman**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Frame Carpenter Foreman who is adaptable to both local and traveling assignments across ND, SD, and MN. This role involves leading a team to construct Pole Frame storage and 'shouses' for a diverse range of customers. The work includes tasks such as digging and installing footings, framing walls and roof structures, installing windows, doors, and siding materials, and finishing with metal and wood trims.
**Responsibilities**
+ Lead a team of laborers to build Pole Frame structures.
+ Dig and install footings, frame walls, and roof structures.
+ Install windows, entry, and other doors and door openings.
+ Apply various siding and roofing materials including hi-rib steel, shingles, wood, and mortarless masonry units.
+ Finish projects with metal and wood trims.
**Essential Skills**
+ Construction experience, preferably 6 months or more.
+ Skills in steel buildings, carpentry, framing, and finish carpentry.
+ Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Basic general labor experience is acceptable.
+ No certifications are required.

**Work Environment**
Work on construction sites under various weather conditions, including wind, rain, and sun. Collaborate with a crew of 5-7 team members, sharing accommodations during travel. Expect to work 45-60 hours a week when on location. Dress code includes steel-toe boots, work pants, work shirt, hard hat, and safety glasses.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $32.00/hr.
