**Product Supply Senior Project Manager**

**Position Overview**

As a strategic leader within Bayer Consumer Health Product Supply (PS), you own and manage a governance framework that effectively prioritizes project management initiatives, tracks resources, plans capacity, and allocates cross-category resources. You lead North America Consumer Health innovation planning, aligning resources and ensuring launch excellence across a three-year horizon for sustained executional readiness. Collaborating as part of the NA Project Management Capability Pool, you work closely with NA and global teams to meet business needs in product design, launches, and collaborative systems. Your leadership supports NA Category Leadership through monthly operations reviews, Technical Readiness Committees (TRC), and Innovation & Initiatives forums. As the primary PS lead for major product launches, you offer strategic direction, support broader project planning, and serve as a key thought partner to Marketing for new product exploration and evaluation. You partner with cross-functional teams to manage processes and strategies that align global requirements with local business needs, ensuring cohesive stakeholder engagement. You drive team development through training, learning plans, team building, and decision-making support, leading root cause analysis and corrective actions for project deviations while promoting cross-category application of lessons learned. You define and execute strategic applications of project management systems and tools, including SYNAPS, DART, SAP, MS Project, and PS Innova, overseeing SOP development to support GMP compliance. You ensure a compliant and optimized CH NA project pipeline covering continuity of supply, site transfers, new product development (NPD), and cost synergy initiatives.

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Own and manage a strategic governance framework for Bayer CH Product Supply Project Management priorities, including initiative tracking, resource capacity planning, and cross-category resource allocation;

+ Lead NA CH innovation planning, resource alignment, and launch excellence processes across a 3-year horizon to ensure sustained executional readiness;

+ Collaborate as part of the NA Project Management Capability Pool, working closely with NA and global teams to ensure business needs are met in the design and implementation of products, launches, and collaborative systems;

+ Provide leadership support to NA Category Leadership, contributing to monthly operations reviews, Technical Readiness Committees (TRC), and Innovation & Initiatives forums;

+ Act as the primary PS lead for major product launches, offering strategic direction during ship to trade CPS reviews, supporting broader project planning, and serving as a key thought partner to Marketing for new product exploration and evaluation;

+ Partner with cross-functional teams to manage processes and strategies that align global requirements with local business needs, ensuring cohesive stakeholder engagement across platforms;

+ Drive team development through effective training, learning plans, team building, and decision-making support, leading root cause analysis and corrective action planning for project deviations;

+ Define and execute the strategic application of project management systems and tools, including SYNAPS, DART, SAP, MS Project, and PS Innova, overseeing SOP development to support GMP compliance;

+ Oversee Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) process, ensuring a compliant and optimized CH NA project pipeline covering continuity of supply, site transfers, new product development (NPD), and cost synergy initiatives.

**WHO YOU ARE**

Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:

**Required Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, engineering, or related discipline;

+ 12+ years experience in pharmaceutical, consumer products, or similar industry;

+ Multi-functional experience across consumer health work process with knowledge of manufacturing constraints, external manufacturing, supply chain management, commercial planning, and project management;

+ Proven capability leading cross-functional project teams and high-performing teams;

+ Basic understanding of legal, regulatory, and GMP requirements in an OTC drug and/or nutritional supplement environment;

+ Proven experience in production planning, logistics, forecasting, and/or procurement;

+ Organizational skills necessary to plan, support, and lead complex projects;

+ Ability to use Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;

+ Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of an organization.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ PMI certification would be a plus;

Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $139,773.11 - $209,659.67. Additional compensation may include a bonus or incentive compensation (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc.. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicants location, market data/ranges, an applicants skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
