General Laborer - 1st Shift - 19/HR Job Description Join our team as a Container Repair Technician, where you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing residential-sized rental containers. You will play a vital role in ensuring our containers are clean, functional, and ready for the next rental. Responsibilities Clean out containers by sweeping and mopping the floor. Power wash the inside and outside of the containers. Paint the interior and exterior of containers, fixing any dings or chips using a roller. Replace signs on the outside of containers. Utilize hand and power tools for various repair tasks. Organize and clean the warehouse during slower repair periods. Essential Skills Experience with hand and power tools. Ability to use a power wash machine. General labor experience. Capability to complete everyday tasks to prepare containers for the next rental. Ability to bend, twist, squat, and stand for the entire shift. Proficiency in painting with a roller brush. Requirement to wear steel-toed boots/shoes. Additional Skills & Qualifications Willingness to perform repetitive tasks and follow instructions. Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and repair standards. Why Work Here? Work Environment This position involves working inside a warehouse and inside residential-sized PODs, where you will clean, paint, and repair containers before their next rental. The dress code requires wearing steel-toed boots or shoes, jeans, and a t-shirt. Be prepared to wear clothes suitable for getting wet and dirty from paint and cleaning activities. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
