Entry Level Welder - Weekly Pay! Job Description Join our team as an Entry Level Welder where you will be involved in welding orders for customers. Precision in measurement is crucial as you will need to accurately read tape measures and other measuring devices to an 8th, 16th, or 32nd of an inch. Responsibilities MIG Welding Read and interpret measurements accurately using a tape measure and other devices. Operate machinery such as drill press, punch press, and brake press. Perform general production tasks including assembly, packaging, and inspection. Essential Skills Proficiency in reading a tape measure to an 8th, 16th, or 32nd of an inch. Ability to stand for an entire shift. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in production, general labor, assembly, packaging, and inspection. Work Environment This position is based in a small manufacturing company in Zumbrota, MN, where you will work with a team of 3-4 people. Effective communication and the ability to ask questions are essential in this collaborative environment. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
