## What You'll Do: {#what-youll-do dir="ltr"}

- Diagnose and repair residential electrical issues.

- Educate customers and sell jobs.

- Perform repairs and panel installations.

- Maintain communication with dispatch, managers, and installation teams.

- Keep your company truck clean and inventory up to date.

- Complete paperwork accurately.

- Troubleshoot and repair issues.

- Install and maintain residential electrical systems.

- Read blueprints and wiring schematics.

## What We're Looking For: {#what-were-looking-for dir="ltr"}

- At least 2 years of residential electrical experience.

- Journeyman or Master's Electrician License preferred.

- Ability to generate revenue and demonstrate sales skills.

- Clean driving record and professional appearance.

- Willingness to participate in training and development.
