HVAC Technician**

**Job Description**

Join our team as an HVAC Technician responsible for performing basic repairs and maintenance on a college campus. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal functioning of HVAC systems, working primarily on compressors, bolts, and motors, as well as changing air filters.

**Responsibilities**

+ Conduct basic repairs and maintenance on HVAC systems.

+ Troubleshoot systems to ensure they are running efficiently.

+ Perform general repairs and preventive maintenance tasks.

+ Change air filters and ensure clean airflow.

+ Collaborate with licensed subcontractors for major repairs.

+ Assist in other projects as needed on campus.

**Essential Skills**

+ Experience working with HVAC units.

+ Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintenance.

+ At least 3 years of experience in basic troubleshooting and general repairs.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ No license required.

+ Ability to work independently and call for assistance when necessary.

**Work Environment**

**Job Type & Location**

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Springfield, Massachusetts.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $31.00/hr.
