CAD Designer

Kforce has a client seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CAD Designer to support their distribution center operations. This role involves capturing and organizing product location data to support inventory planning and storage optimization. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently in the field and communicating effectively across various teams.

Responsibilities:
* Utilize AutoCAD LT 2D to assist with layout and spatial planning
* The CAD Designer will perform data analysis using Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables
* Create and deliver presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint
* Travel extensively to DC locations and work independently without direct supervision
* Communicate clearly and professionally-both verbally and in writing-with DC associates and corporate leadership to gather and clarify data
* The CAD Designer will maintain a high level of attention to detail while capturing critical product location data
* Adapt quickly to changing environments and project needs

REQUIREMENTS:
* Proficiency in AutoCAD LT 2D, Excel (formulas, pivot tables), and PowerPoint
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
* Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Willingness and ability to travel frequently

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
