Design and analyze structural components and site layouts for construction projects, including foundations, towers, and bridges.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience in structural engineering and drafting (10 years preferred)
PE or SE license preferred
Surveying education or field experience is a plus
Experience with SolidWorks for modeling and detailing preferred
Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D design software preferred
Experience with construction project equipment and site layout preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office and structural analysis software
Ability to generate layout drawings from sketches and specifications
Job Responsibilities:
Perform structural analysis and develop design calculations for foundations, bridges, towers, and other structures
Create dimensional, installation, and site layout drawings
Conduct on-site surveying and layout for construction projects
Supervise and guide other engineers during project execution
Support and collaborate with manufacturing teams
Review blueprints, specifications, and customer documentation
Develop installation drawing guidelines for bid and submittal phases
Translate customer requirements into final design drawings
Provide technical support for planning and designing equipment installations
Maintain detailed project documentation including drawings, calculations, and specifications
Interface directly with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
Pay Details: $40.00 to $60.00 per hour
